Our training clinics are perfect for beginner and intermediate athletes, with great tricks and tips to get to the finish line faster. Suitable for Kids 8 years+ and Adults.

OPEN WATER SWIM CLINIC

Gain confidence in the open water during this session which focuses on breathing and pacing, sighting and swimming in a straight direction, turning around marker buoys, swim start and general swimming technique advice.

AQUATHLON CLINIC

Gain confidence for your race. With a focus on open water swimming, particularly breathing and pacing, sighting and swimming in a straight direction, turning around marker buoys, and swim start. You'll be given transition set-up and practise opportunities, running technique and race day equipment and nutrition preparation information to prepare you in all aspects of the race.

DUATHLON CLINIC

Get race ready with a bike/run session that focuses on basic bike handling skills (gear shifting, turning corners), transition set-up and practise, running technique and pacing, plus race preparation and equipment tips.

TRIATHLON CLINIC

Get ready for your triathlon with advise to master the open water swim (breathing, pacing, swimming straight), cycling (gear shifting, turning corners), transition set-up and practise, running technique, plus race preparation and equipment tips.

OPEN WATER SWIM
Meeting Point: Tanjong Beach Sentosa or Palawan Beach Sentosa Meet at the lifeguard tower closest to the Tanjong Beach. Meeting place at Palawan Beach – meet on the beach in front of FOC Beach Club. *Look for our coaches wearing a red MetaSport polo. What to bring:  Swimming wear or tri-suit, goggles, plenty of water, towel and sun cream. Swim caps will be provided Please arrive 10 minutes early as clinics starts promptly
AQUATHLON

Meeting Point: F1 Village, 20 Republic Avenue, Singapore 038970 What to bring: Wear Running clothes or tri-suit, bring your bike, helmet, running shoes, socks, cycling shoes (if you use them), and hat plenty of water, towel and sun cream. Please arrive 10 minutes early  as the clinic starts promptly
TRIATHLON
Meeting Point: At the gym station opposite the bike Kiosk at East Coast Park  E2 (where the East Park Lagoon Food Centre is) look for our coach wearing a red MetaSport polo What to bring:  Swimming wear or tri-suit, goggles, plenty of water, towel and sun cream, hat, bicycle, bicycle helmet, small towel, bike shoes or sneakers, running shoes and socks. If you do not have a bicycle you can hire them from Coastline cycle on the day. Please arrive 10 minutes early  as the clinic starts promptly
